    SATIC - Business Analyst/Product Owner - JHB

    The Role

    • You will act as a key link between the stakeholders/idea owners of a technical solution, the project team built up of technical business analysts, product managers and project managers as well as the technical team delivering the project/product. You will work closely with the business stakeholders to focus on creating value driven solutions which are fit for purpose. You will gain greater technical understanding, as well as outstanding communication and documentation skills combined with high levels of stakeholder management skills, working closely with leadership and the wider Deals Technology team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Creating user-focused user-driven solutions focusing on user stories, user personas and user journeys and managing a projects OKRs
    • Determining and documenting system functionality and requirements by liaising with internal departments and end-users; with the support of senior staff
    • Working with internal department stakeholders to further refine requirements and documentation in a systematic and detailed way whilst understanding customer needs and analyzing market trends
    • Creating documentation in the forms of; scoping, requirements, user stories, business cases, implementation, and analysis findings
    • Working with the technical lead to plan and a product roadmap, and the management of a backlog through agile development cycles to ensure project timelines are met
    • Support the launch and sustainability of new assets, including go-to-market activities, product maintenance and customer support
    • Taking user requirements and analyzing the technical needs and considerations (through discussions with developers) to allow them to grow into sustainable and feasible solutions
    • Effectively facilitate meetings, interact with project sponsors, and provide an environment to come to a group consensus on direction supported by the product strategy
    • Ad-hoc investigations and tasks as required

    Corporate International Tax Advisor: Senior Associate - Cape Town

    Role Summary:

     

    • PwC is searching for an experienced corporate tax professional to join our International Tax Services team. 

    Qualifications / Certifications required:

    • Applicable degree(s) in accounting, law, commerce and/or finance.
    • Postgraduate studies in Taxation will be advantageous.
    • Exposure to studies or courses in the field of international tax is preferred. Professional qualification (CA(SA) or admitted attorney) will be advantageous.

    Global Media Data & Insights Analyst - JHB

    The successful applicant will: 

    • Obtain and process data to enable the measurement and monitoring of media and outreach strategies in support of PwC’s global priority and reputational campaigns.

    Purpose of Job

    • Working in the Design Support Shared Services Centre, the role is to support the business with highly engaging work to support the creative, especially, proposal teams in winning work.
    • This person needs to be able to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines effectively.
