    Senior Application Developer (LMS) (National) - Johannesburg

    The Position:

    • To provide maintenance and support on more complex Learner Management Services (LMS). 

    Minimum Requirements    
    Minimum Qualifications :

    • Undergraduate / BSc degree in Information Technology

    Experience:

    • At least three to five years of web development, server management of which at least three years as a senior team member

    Alumni Manager - Johannesburg

    Purpose of the position:

    • We are looking for an innovative, energetic, and people-driven Alumni Manager to build and rollout an Alumni Strategy for Eduvos; and to grow and oversee the newly formed Alumni Association and activities and services.

    This role will report to the CMO with input from the Head of Student Affairs.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • A degree (pref Honours) in Languages / Communication / PR or related
    • PR / Events planning / Alumni management experience of at least 5 years
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Fluent in English writing and presenting.
    • Donor funding experience advantageous
    • Organisational and planning skills
    • Creative and innovative flair

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • In conjunction with the Head of Student Affairs and CMO, develop and rollout a Eduvos Alumni strategy.
    • Ensure a current and well-designed Alumni website.
    • Establish an online platform for alumni to share achievements and accomplishments.
    • Actively communicate with Alumni by implementing a well-thought through CRM communication and affiliation plan
    • Build and maintain Alumni, an updated database and mailing lists and records.
    • Build the Eduvos brand and awareness amongst CTI, MGI, Pearson Institute Alumni.
    • Develop, plan, and implement an Alumni activity, value-add and events calendar and 3-year rollout plan.
    • Build an active Alumni Society that provides a forum for Alumni to exchange ideas on current academic, cultural, and social matters.
    • Encourage alumni as ambassadors, taking their knowledge of Eduvos to their countries; and into their professional and social networks.

    As the Alumni Manager, your will primarily be responsuble for: 

    • Develop a fundraising / crowdfunding / bursary strategy for implementation.
    • Develop strong student, alumni, staff, and other volunteer networks working with key individuals to alumni relations activities and identify individuals (particularly alumni and others) for fundraising volunteer work and/or donations. Recruit and manage volunteers to work with alumni groups.
    • Enhance the lifetime value of our graduates by actively promoting lifelong-learning and meeting Alumni enrolment targets.
    • Develop and manage the Alumni Relations budget and tailor Alumni activities and events to the available resources and monitoring expense against that budget.
    • Encourage and support academic and other departments in undertaking events and communications which will promote good alumni relations.
    • Foster relationships with industry, communities, and Trusts to elicit funding for the growth and expansion of Eduvos and its students.
