    Sales Administrator

    Client Success Risk Operations Intern

    What to expect

    • As the Client Success Risk Operations Intern you will provide vital support to the Ozow customer facing teams. You will assist with the management of risk associated to Know Your Customer (KYC) and other risk processes (including investigations).  You will ensure that the team has access to up-to-date information, and analytics related to the defined risk operation functions and processes.

    Product Owner

    • As a Product Owner: Payments at Ozow, you will be the voice of the customer to the development team. You are an essential member of the agile scrum team, by providing the vision, information and roadmap so that we can deliver a highly sustainable product at first pass.  
    • Your role includes managing the product/proposition design and timely development throughout the organisation's teams. Drive product/proposition objectives with supporting initiatives. Assist in marketing and sales requirements for branding, communication and sales to achieve and maintain product objectives. Assist with product strategy development, commercial activity, and business case development approval for new initiatives.  Develop in-depth knowledge of competitive products, their strengths and weaknesses, global and local product/proposition best practices and current product/proposition consumer trends.     What to expect

    • Ozow is looking for an AWS Sysops Administrator to assist the technical team with provisioning, securing, automating, monitoring and running their mostly web-based application workloads in our AWS environments. We are looking for a person with both Linux and Windows experience. 
    • We primarily run web application workloads in cloud hosted infrastructure with a huge drive to go more serverless (e.g. AWS Lambda / Azure Functions) and move to containerisation (Docker / Kubernetes). This role will focus on our AWS hosted infrastructure which includes Kubernetes clusters running in EKS, Linux and Windows workloads, MS SQL and Postgres RDS databases, AWS WAF, Shield, Firewall Manager as well as others. 

    Requirements

    • An IT diploma or degree

We are looking for a person with both Linux and Windows experience, to lead the Sysops team who are responsible for the maintenance, security and compliance of our AWS infrastructure. This person will lead and manage the Sysops team. 
    • We primarily run web application workloads in cloud hosted infrastructure with a huge drive to go more serverless (e.g. AWS Lambda / Azure Functions) and move to containerisation (Docker / Kubernetes). This role will focus on our AWS hosted infrastructure which includes Kubernetes clusters running in EKS, Linux and Windows workloads, MS SQL and Postgres RDS databases, AWS WAF, Shield, Firewall Manager as well as others.

    Business Analyst

    • The Business Analyst, reports into the Technical Operations Manager and needs to have strong experience in designing and building out payment solutions, particularly focused in the card space, but also extending to alternative payments.  They will need to be well-versed in product development and strategy, but also have a strong technical flair.
