    Time and Attendance Clerk

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Grade 12
    • Must be computer literate (Microsoft packages)
    • 1 year Payroll and Time & Attendance experience
    • Must be fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Send daily time sheets to HOD’s
    • Receive daily times sheets from HOD’s and make the necessary adjustments
    • Verify that leave pulled through correctly on Jarrison from ESS
    • Create and give reports as requested from HOD’s

    • Send weekly overtime summary to GM and HOD’s
    • Compile and send out monthly overtime summary
    • Verify that all overtime is correct and send to HR Administrator
    • Insure all FTC employee that became permanent has the correct payroll number

    Electrician

    Job Advert Summary    

    • We are looking for a qualified electrician with a trade test/red seal certificate to join our Agri team, the suitable candidate will be leading a small team of maintenance reporting to the Hatchery Manager. The ideal candidate will be required to work some weekends and public holidays.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Experience in poultry is an advantage.

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring or fixtures.

    • Perform maintenance and preventative maintenance on hatchery equipment.
    • Prompt repair of machinery in the hatchery that could negatively affect production.
    • Attends to all electrical faults on hatchery setter and incubator machines.
    • Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring.
    • Diagnose malfunctioning system. apparatus and components using test equipment and hand/power tools.
    • Inspect electrical system, equipment and components to identify hazards, defects and for adjustment or repair and ensure compliance.
    • Conducting maintenance stock take of spares and ensuring there is enough stock at hand. 
    • All work carried out should be in compliance with both bio-security and Health & Safety standards.

    Stores Manager

    Job Advert Summary    

    • A Stores Manager is required for the Botshabelo Abattoir in the Free State. The ideal person will have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, have the ability to work well under pressure and do basic numerical calculations. Some duties are to ensure that stock levels are maintained and that staff are managed effectively.
