    Channel Services Sales Specialist

    Channel Services Account Executive

    What you’ll achieve

    As the Channel Services Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving Services Revenue through Channel and Distribution partners.

    You will:

    • Create Services strategies to support our focus partners in expanding share of wallet, including organizing partner events to generate awareness around the Services Portfolio.

    • Create and manage KPIs based initiatives with partners and distributors.

    • Manage pipeline calls and forecast accurately to committed Services business.

    • Provide specialist advice to support the sales organization in meeting and/or exceeding their objectives

    • Proactively identify Partner opportunities and put together services solutions to meet the partner and/or end customer needs.

    Essential Requirements

    • Typically requires 4 or more years of related experience in similar technology-sales roles.

    • Good knowledge of technical products, vendors, and families of technologies.

    • Data and analytical proficiency.

    • Strong oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel, and leadership.

    • Relatively current on industry and vertical solutions as well.


    Desirable Requirements

    • A Bachelors degree in a related subject.

    • Exposure to the Channel and/or Services would be a clear advantage.

    What you’ll achieve
    As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field and ensuring an outstanding customer experience with existing and potential customers.


    You will:
    • Develop an understanding of customers’ business and solution requirements
    • Gain share of spend across Dell Technologies portfolio of technology solutions: server, storage, networking, software, security and led services
    • Run territory and or accounts, including account planning, sales forecasting, engaging cross-functional resources and working with the virtual teams to ensure alignment across the organizations
    • Regularly engage with decision makers at client facilities in performing primary duties
    • Provide sales leadership and experience on large, sophisticated opportunities
