The Candidate

• The Technical Supervisor / Planner provides technical and safety support to site personnel and where necessary, liaise with senior personnel within the client companies.
• The Technical Supervisor / Planner will be resourceful, flexible to a changing business environment and its demands and adapt quickly to new circumstances.
• The Technical Supervisor / Planner must be able to maintain a high level of participation in the safe running of on-site operations.

Qualifications & Experience 

Essential:

• Grade 12 National Certificate
• 4 years or more of Off the Road (OTR) earthmoving experience
• Preferably 2 Years Supervisory Experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Broad base workplace safety experience – NOSA certificate accepted only
• Sound technical tyre knowledge
• Computer Literacy (Ms Office Suite)

Preferred:

• Bachelor of Engineering degree
• Certificate (Earthmover Tyre Fitting and Stripping)
• Certificate in Risk management
