    Tech Officer: Customer Services and Engagement - Assurance

    Core Description    
    To be a ONE Stop service assurance centre for all Openserve Products and Services to ensure a continuous data transfer service. All products and services should be handled within SLA. Maintain a high quality of Service to ensure Openserve meets the KPI targets and customer satisfaction expectancy and improve quality of service by performing fault trend analysis.

    1. Accepted Trouble Tickets and Events
    2. Performed tests on all Openserve supported products and services
    3. Provided Technical Support on all Openserve supported Products and Services
    4. Tracked Trouble Tickets and Events
    5. Conducted activity management
    Required Certification    
    None.
    Qualifications    
    Relevant 3 years National Diploma (N6, T3 or S4) (at least NQF level 6)
    Experience    
    2 Years relevant experience (electronic communication) [Internal]
    Special Requirements    
    • Valid driver's license.
    • Be prepared to work overtime.
    Comments    
    The Company adopted a hybrid operating model whereby employees will have two registered workplace locations. This job is identified to be performed from home therefore the home-based office location is the primary workplace and the official office-based location is the secondary workplace
