    Talent Solutions Manager

    Job Objectives:

    • To develop and manage implementation of policies, procedures and methodology for organisational design, job evaluation and profiling to enable delivery and achievement of business objectives.
    • To interpret organisational design and develop job profiles that accurately reflect role content and requirements in line with business needs to enable job grading.
    • To maintain, calibrate and update the job matrix, to ensure consistency and internal equity of grades across the business, ensure accurate reflection on the SAP HCM job catalogue and master data, and to communicate changes to the job matrix to relevant business stakeholders.
    • To manage and integrate the outcomes of the Talent and Succession planning process to promote career management, talent development and career progression in order to attract and retain key talent.
    • To maintain and communicate the employee value proposition (EVP), in order to promote the employer brand and build employee affiliation.
    • To build and maintain strategic relationships, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address the talent needs of the organisation and drive implementation of industry best practices.
    • To manage human, financial and other resources in order to deliver the operating plan and achieve business objectives.

    • 5 years recruitment /resourcing/talent management experience
    • 3 years people management experience
    • 3 year in organisational design experience
    • 2 years track record of recruiting mid-managerial to executive level employees.
    • 2 years experience in developing job profiles and grading roles.
    • 2 year organisational design experience

    Desirable:

    • Bursary schemes
    • Early career management, i.e., graduates and interns
    • Experience in a retail/FMCG/ financial services

    Education:

    Essential:

    • 3-year degree / diploma (Essential) 
    • HR / Psychology / Business / Commercial specialisation (Desirable)  

    Desirable:

    • Post graduate degree
