Systems and Software Engineer - JHB at Landis+Gyr

Must have and not negotiable:

• Product Design input
• Test Equipment Software Design, development & testing
• Software development
• Systems development
• Report Creation
• Production and Stores Support
• Administration
• Programming Experience and Other Skills Required

Qualifications:

• BSc or Advanced Diploma in Electronics with a stong bias towards software development and database interaction or Alternatively BSc or Advanced Diploma in Computer Science with a strong interest in electronics

Professional Experience:

• Experience in an electronic design environment (3-5 years)
• Experience in software development, preferably production level development (4-5 years)
• Experience in SQL Server programming (3 years)
• Labview experience an advantage
• Leadership Experience:  Demonstrated experience of leading a team
• Intercultural Experience:  Demonstrated experience of working effectively in a multi-cultural environment.

Additional Requirements / Age: 

• Own transport
• May be required to travel internationally.
