    Support Manager: Sales Execution - Roodepoort Head Office

    • The successful individual will manage and co-ordinate the development of all sales system and processes within sales to achieve sales objectives and ensure continuous improvement.

    Requirements    

    • Degree 
    • Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level  
    • Experience in working with senior management 
    • People management experience   
    • Business English: Fluent 
    • Ms Excel (advanced) 
    • Code 08 Driver's license

    Duties and Responsibilities    
    Drive continuous improvement in sales processes.

    • Ensure that best sales practices are investigated, specified, and implemented.  
    • Drive change management during implementation of new processes in Sales Execution.  
    • Provide support and collaborate with Sales Operations in the everyday planning of execution related activities. 
    • Provide guidance to Sales Managers and Account Managers to drive continues process improvement. 

    Develop, analyse and revise Sales systems.

    • Manage the analysis, investigation, development and maintenance sales information system. 
    • Benchmark sales system and activities by engaging with internal and external role-players.  

    Optimise the capability and capacity of the sales force.

    • Manage the interpretation of information gathered by analysis for reporting purposes.
    • Provide guidance to Morpheus platform to ensure implementation of process design.
    • Ensure the sales information system and flow is optimal.
    • Analyse regular audits to ensure that processes are followed.
    • Ensure that suitable system technology is used to execute process.

    Manage stakeholder engagement and relationship management.  

    • Drive internal and external customer stakeholder engagement.
    • Conduct regular focus group discussion on sales processes and system to establish and maintain engagement and buy-in from stakeholders.

    Manage and develop teams.  

    • Train and develop team.
    • Drive performance management.
    • Ensure succession planning and growth potential identification is in place and ongoing.
