Your key resposibilities

• Customer-Focused Service: Complete scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring all activities meet customer requirements without compromising on safety or quality.
• Safety & Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections in line with established standards, documenting findings, and making corrective recommendations. Address any safety concerns and ensure all work is performed to the highest standards.
• Effective Supervision: Provide daily supervision and support to site-based inspectors and technicians, conducting spot checks to ensure quality and workmanship.
• Efficient Documentation: Prepare and submit all necessary paperwork, including service reports, time sheets, and inspection reports, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Quick Response: Offer immediate service or repair quotes as requested by customers, ensuring quick and efficient resolution of issues.

What should you bring?

• Electrical trade qualification is essential; accreditation as a Lifting Machinery Inspector (LMI) is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years in field service, with supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of crane operations and technical requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of SHEQ legislation and practices.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, elevated areas, and at heights.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed.
• High level of computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office.
