    Specialist Enterprise & Supplier Development (ESD) Business Development

    Short Description / Purpose of Job

    • To deliver on enterprise and supplier development solutions that are aligned to the strategic requirements of the Chemicals and Energy businesses.
    • Manage various stakeholders including suppliers, customers and end users.

    Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities

    • Business Results:
    • Develop and deliver on annual ESD (Enterprise & Supplier Development) strategies
    • Provide adequate direction and support to ensure the development of the fit for purpose small businesses and facilitate any funding requirements
    • Provide specialist input into ESD strategy development, budgeting, planning and performance management
    • Design enterprise development solutions to support Chemicals Business and Energy Business customers and Projects
    • Drive the implementation of ESD programmes and monitor process by implementing systems and controls of efficiency and compliance
    • Implement policies, practices and plans to achieve annual transformation deliverables, budget and targets aligned to customer requirements and the regulatory framework
    • Maintain metrics, dashboards and scorecards for ESD business performance management
    • Prepare monthly reports and presentations on the performance of ESD events, projects and programmes
    • Proactively identify ESD opportunities and threats and identified risks. Communicate threats and mitigate any risks in a timely manner
    • Identify and apply development opportunities to drive continuous improvement in ESD operations
    • Apply evidence based SHE practices in alignment with set standards for safe operations
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to secure the achievement of higher ESD enablement levels
    • Must be able to travel to different sites

    Formal Education

    • University Bachelor's Degree

    Min Experience

    • 6+ relevant years
    • Entrepreneurship/ Business Development experience

At a senior level, it includes C-level relationships with senior management such as CEO [Chief Executive Officer], CIO [Chief Information Officer], and CFO [Chief Financial Officer].
