    Social Selling Specialist

    Job Description

    The role of the Social Selling Specialist is to execute on the regional social selling strategy as defined by the Manager, Social Selling. To drive adoption and document, share, and promote Social Selling best practices amongst the Sales teams within the region. You will take an active role in compiling and sharing results of the program through activity and ROI reports shared with regional stakeholders and teams via email, THE Sales Portal, and a quarterly Social Selling Newsletter. The Social Selling Specialist will also manage the regional license dashboard(s) and ensure license allocation is up to date by removing leavers and updating with new hires every month.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Evangelising social selling across your assigned region and ensuring consistent adoption of the program and related tools,
    • Communicate regularly with sales teams and Managers on progress and defined success metrics.
    • Execute on the social selling strategy as defined by the Manager, Social Selling ensuring alignment with regional Sales and Marketing initiatives
    • Documenting, and sharing best practices, standards, and metrics for social selling on the Sales Portal,
    • Participating in internal calls, meetings, and broadcasts to educate teams on the benefits of social selling and share best practices.
    • Working with local & regional teams to maintain an SSI score of 60+ for Sales Navigator.
