    Snr Business Development Manager

    WHO YOU ARE

    • We are seeking a seasoned Head of Business Development with a robust background in the security segment. Business Development focus will be on fixed-location verticals, including infrastructure, solar and large retailers.
    • The ideal candidate has +15 years of experience and brings with him/her an extensive list of valuable business contacts within the industry.
    • This network is crucial for establishing and maintaining high-level partnerships and securing new business opportunities in this role.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    •  Strategic Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to expand companies market presence in South Africa
    •  High-Level Client Acquisition: Leverage an extensive network to secure high-value business partnerships, ensuring alignment with companies growth objectives
    •  Executive Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain senior-level relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth
    •  Innovative Sales Strategy: Develop and oversee execution of sales strategies tailored to the South African market

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    •  Proven track record in business development within the security segment
    •  Extensive network within the South African security industry
    •  Fluent in Afrikaans and English
    •  Passionate about safety and security
    •  Results-driven and strategic
    •  Excellent relationship-building skills.
    •  Highly motivated and self-starter
    •  Business-to-business sales experience
