SHEQ Practitioner (Environment and Quality) Fixed Term - Witbank at Samancor Chrome

SAFETY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT AND QUALITY 

• Comply with SHEQ requirements (SHEQ Toolbox)
• Conduct audits, communicate findings, participate in identification and implementation of corrective actions using Samancor electronic tools 

CUSTOMERS

Provide environmental and quality services to the plant 

BUSINESS PROCESSES

• Actively assist to implement the environmental and quality management system;
• Assist to compile and implement management plan/s to ensure environmental and quality compliance;
• Conducts environmental and quality audits, compile reports and coordinate the implementation of corrective actions;
• Participate and Implement environmental management awareness campaigns;
• Compile, review and update environmental management and quality related procedures;
• Actively participate in SHEQ initiatives or campaigns
• Assist to maintain and improve the integrity of environmental management database;
• Actively participate in investigation of environmental incidents and compilation reports;
• Compile and submit environmental performance reports; and
• Manage the performance of environmental contractors.

Requirements

• Relevant National Diploma/Degree in any Environmental Management fields
• 4 years’ relevant experience
