Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of individuals with enthusiasm and energy.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Merchandise Department to ensure adequate stock.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Plan and execute in-store events and promotions to boost sales and customer engagement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

Requirements:

• 7 – 10 years proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in footwear.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage administrative tasks effectively.
