• Responsible for the Irrigation department in Douglas’ procurement, sales, staff and customers. This position must realize optimal growth for the division. Requirements

• The suitable candidate must have a Grade 12 certificate.
• Candidates with experience in similar position will be given preference.
• Agricultural experience is an asset, with a specific focus on irrigation.
• Candidates with 3-4 years relevant experience will be given preference.
• Willingness to grow and promote himself / herself.
• Leader who cares about his staff but functions according to high standards.
• Maintain and build an extremely effective store that can serve as an example to others.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Staff management;
• Represent all irrigation departments in GWK group;
• Stock management;
• Merchandising;
• Customer service and relations;
• Align with group strategy to meet objectives;
• Ordering, logistic and distribution of stock;
• Ensure safe working environment;
