    Senior Associate - Recruiter

    Job Purpose:
    To support our business across all Lines of Service by ensuring that first class and top quality candidates are attracted to and employed by the firm. To build strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally ensuring our Experienced Hire recruitment strategy is aligned with business need. Furthermore, this role will ensure the execution of the Experienced Hire recruitment cycle and completion of deliverables, while maintaining high quality levels.


    Principle Accountabilities:

    Recruitment Cycle Execution: Experienced Hire

    • Participation in and execution of the end-to-end Experienced Hire Recruitment cycle.
    • Application of hiring strategies – executes and supports the roll-out of new initiatives and projects: ensuring best practice and consistency
    • Participation in all experienced hiring assignments/projects/programmes, across all Lines of Service
    • Participation and delivery of all calendar events, including: Career/Job Fairs, PwC recruitment and networking events etc
    • Participation and management of PwC events aimed at sourcing top talent from the marketplace or building pipeline for future requirements
    • Participation, facilitation and support of the Experienced Hires Team on ad hoc programmes
    • Ensures that the Recruitment process runs efficiently and effectively
    • Adheres to legislation and policies
    • Ensuring smooth transition in handover for on boarding
    • Builds quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders
       

    Collaboration and Teamwork:

    • Working closely with The Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Hub, Centres of Excellence and specialist functions in terms of proactive sourcing, innovation, marketing, communications etc
    • Working closely with the Recruitment Manager, colleagues from the Recruitment Hub, Centre’s of Excellence etc ensuring alignment and consistency in execution of Recruitment process
    • Delegates appropriate tasks/projects to Recruitment administrator
       

    Reporting:

    • Reports on own target numbers and KPI’s in conjunction with Recruitment Administrators
    • Reporting on own day-to-day activities, mitigating any risks and reporting to Hiring Manager  
    • Attains sign off on any Recruitment expenditure within the Recruitment Budget
       

    Performance Management:

    • Takes responsibility for own understanding of the PwC values and Experienced Hire Recruitment vision
    • Takes ownership for own performance and outcomes to ensure the achievement of own goals
    • Initiates regular feedback interactions with Hiring Manager and Recruitment team (daily)
    • Sets high standards, takes accountability for own performance and supports the Recruitment team to ensure targets are achieved
    • Identify own training and development needs and opportunities  for new learning
    • Ensures that KPI’s are met
    • Reports on progress against KPI’s

    Qualifications:

    • Relevant HR / Industrial Psychology Degree
       

    Experience:

    • Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in Permanent Recruitment
