    SDC Risk Management Associate (virtual role)

    Job Description & Summary

    Role Summary:

    Assisting engagement teams with risk management support services out of a Service Delivery Centre.

    Qualifications / Certifications required:

    • Relevant tertiary qualification in the field of compliance, business administration, accounting or something similar

    OR

    • Grade 12 and studying part-time towards relevant tertiary qualification in the field of compliance, business administration, accounting or something similar.

    Experience required:

    None, but relevant work experience will be advantages.

    Responsibilities of role:

    • Work under the supervision of a Manager;
    • Perform general risk management support services according to PwC methodologies including but not limited to:Gathering risk management information and creating and populating client and engagement acceptance questionnaires for new and existing clients, as well as other related activities.
    • Work within budget allocations;
    • General administration;
    • Work with existing processes/systems whilst making constructive suggestions for improvements;
    • Validate data and analysis for accuracy and relevance;
    • Follow risk management and compliance procedures;
    • Keep up-to-date with technical developments for business area;
    • Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct.

    • Work effectively under pressure and handle confidential matters with tact and professionalism
    • Pragmatic problem-solving approach
    • Good communication skills, verbal and written

    • Highly proficient in Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and the Google suite
