JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for growing and maintain the Capsicum Culinary Studio Brand and achieving targeted growth.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

• Assist the Sales and Marketing consultant to achieve target growth for the campus.
• Ensure all administrative duties is done timeously and Head Office and the Branch Manager is up to date with what happens on daily, weekly & monthly basis and reports sent to Management as requested.
• Ensure implementation and adherence to policies and processes as set out by Legislation, Accreditation bodies and Capsicum Culinary Studio.
• To contribute and support the Re-use reduce recycle campaign and the Capsicum National social responsibility programme.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Matric.
• Further education in Sales and Marketing.

EXPERIENCE:

•  2 years in a target driven sales environment with presentation to all levels.
•  1 year sales or service experience.
