    Digital Marketing Manager

    WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

    As our Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:

    1. Developing campaigns and building upon current strategies within the digital arena to meet/exceed marketing and company objectives.
    2. Daily management of projects to achieve milestones for new and existing customer marketing acquisition and support retention programs (E Mail, Social, Web, Community, and digital PR, Boosted social posts).
    3. Develop briefs and implement campaigns, marketing initiatives in meeting CAC and OKRs
    4. Daily management of search, PPC, community programs including digital marketing, such as display, Google ads, keyword analysis, trigger emails, analytics, email campaigns, and partnering with cross-functional teams.
    5. Develop content calendars and publish content across platforms with a key eye in monitoring performance.
    6. Executes projects to be high quality, on time and cost-effective/on budget.
    7. Fosters timeline development and monitors progress, ensuring deadlines are met across campaigns, marketing objectives.
    8. Regularly create content for community channels, including company blogs and newsletters.
    9. Manages overall project scope, ensures campaign assumptions adhere to budget and achieve KPI’s.
    10. Ability to write copy for digital ads, Reddit posts, Quora, social, blogs, emailers and other customer facing materials ensuring that creative and media are effectively integrated to platforms.
    11. Develops a total understanding of online target audience and mindset modes.
    12. Provides campaign performance reporting and analysis.

    SKILL REQUIREMENTS

    • In possession of a history of success achieving growth targets through highly targeted digital campaigns,
    • Be an expert in digital marketing tactics, with the ability to articulate industry standard best practices across a variety of outbound and inbound efforts including email nurture, email opt-in list build, paid digital advertising and SEO, SEM and CRM,
    • Technical wizard: Be deeply familiar with marketing operations and variety of martech tools that can be effectively leveraged to execute high impact digital marketing campaigns (e.g. Hubspot, Stripo, CRISP, Intercom, Google Analytics, Adwords, Data Studio, Tableau, Mixpanel, Firebase)
    • Strategy & analytics: Have a passion for connecting the dots between data, analytics, and effective digital marketing campaign execution, iteration and ongoing improvement. Leverage data insights to influence content and campaign execution across the organization to improve marketing ROI across all channels. Be able to develop and deliver KPI/KRO reporting that measures campaign effectiveness and demonstrates clear marketing impact on company business objectives.
    • Business driven: Plan, execute, and optimize paid search and advertising investment across various channels to ensure brand, customer growth and lead acquisition goals are met
    • Curiosity: Test and optimize marketing messages across email and paid media channels (including variables such as messaging, audience segments, and creative)
    • Team player: Collaborate cross functionally with brand, marketing, product, support and customer success teams to align campaigns to the overall marketing calendar and product roadmap. Capable of providing professional development and training opportunities across all departments on the functions of digital marketing.
    • Fiscal acumen: Have experience managing a the end-to-end budget needed to optimize the company’s investment in digital marketing
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Ability to plan, buy and strategize digital media for the activation of compelling campaigns
    • Strong technical knowledge of On-Page SEO: Keyword Research, Header Tags, Clustering of keywords, Analysis to improve current positions, backlinking, referral links, conversion mechanisms to drive increased organic traffic and be conversant with SEO tools
    • A strong understanding of content strategy to drive organic SEO.
    • Proven use of Google Analytics, Ad manager, Twitter Flightdeck, Facebook Blueprint, YouTube, and LinkedIn ad managers
    • Proven ability to activate and drive conversion of content, AB testing with ideally experience and certifications in HubSpot content management or equivalent training certifications is advantageous.

    CONSIDERED CRITICAL TO THIS ROLE

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

    • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing
    • Copywriting “to channel” and “to persona”, avatars capability
    • Email and paid marketing campaign management experience including development, execution and measurement
    • Highly organized and collaborative with a strong track record of working with cross-functional teams and agencies, including the ability to manage external contributors
    • Excellent time management and project prioritization skills
    • Experience with HTML, PHP, CSS and related industry standards
    • Experience with Marketing Automation/CRM tools such as but not limited to: Hubspot, Intercom, and Mixpanel
    • Thrives in a growth stage company environment, including the ability to adapt to change as needed and make data-informed decisions quickly
