    Regional Sales Manager

     Key Technical Criteria 

    • Qualifications/experience in mining class excavator operation and mining operations
    • Demonstrated sales expertise in executing strategies, plans, and budgets effectively with experience in using a dealer supply channel highly regarded.
    • Exceptional interpersonal, networking, time management, and report-writing abilities, enriched with extensive Mining product (related to mining class excavators) expertise.
    • In the role of Regional Sales Manager, you will be part of the global HCM Dealer Sales Team.  The primary responsibility will be to safely achieve our financial targets by providing precise and timely support to our appointed dealers who represent our mining products on ultra-class mining excavators.   
    •  Playing a pivotal role in identifying market opportunities, you'll collaboratively develop strategic sales plans for regional growth in close partnership with our Dealers our global sales team, and other functional teams including, but not limited to, Product Development, Logistics, Finance and Operations.
    • Your results-driven approach will be instrumental in achieving budgeted gross margins and sales targets by scrutinizing and optimizing sales processes.
    • To thrive in this role, application experience in open pit mining and dealer sales management is highly regarded.  
    • Your track record will demonstrate a focus on safety, a global and learning mindset, adeptness in high-end sales processes, use of CRM, contract management, and being ability to work remotely.
    •  Your interpersonal finesse, coupled with robust networking, time management, and adept report-writing skills, will be complemented by relevant product knowledge.
