    Regional Manager - Limpopo

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement regional strategies in collaboration with the Senior Regional Manager to drive business KPIs.
    • Create and manage regional budgets to balance the cost of doing business with gross profit generated for the region.
    • Oversee the regional business hardware budget and KPIs to meet the annual gross profit targets.
    • Lead and manage a team of area growth managers to ensure KPIs are met and deadlines are adhered to.
    • Drive overall growth of the Flash trader business through net trader growth, increased turnover, and new acquisitions.
    • Manage business churn within the trader space for each region.
    • Maintain and enhance the business culture within the region.
    • Ensure adherence to business-critical deadlines through effective people management.
    • Oversee the operation of various branches within the structure to achieve desired outcomes in line with business KPIs.

    Leadership Performance Areas:

    • Provide real-time, ongoing coaching and feedback to team members throughout the year.
    • Ensure timely completion of performance management activities, including regular one-on-one meetings and bi-annual performance reviews via GPS.
    • Support employee development through career development discussions and creation of development plans for current and future needs.
    • Take action to recruit and retain high performers, and address underperformance.
    • Manage change initiatives proactively, ensuring adequate planning, preparation, and communication to minimize disruption and support employee adoption.
    • Model behaviors that promote and drive the Flash culture and values.

    Requirements

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years of operational management experience, including managing a region and team.
    • Grade 12.
    • Valid driver’s license.
    • Advanced Excel skills.

    Skills / Attributes:

    • Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English.
    • Fully computer literate.
    • Ability to travel long distances.
    • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • High attention to detail.
    • Target-driven with excellent negotiation skills.
    • Passionate and proactive.
    • Effective planning and organizing skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Good presentation skills.
