Project Lead: Client Services at Curro Helderwyk

What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:

• A relevant formal qualification (In either Call Centre, Customer Service, Marketing and or Administration)
• BI reporting experience
• Technical knowledge of Client Service systems
• Proven experience in call centre operations, marketing or similar
• At least 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role in a call centre environment

The overall purpose of this position is to

• To provide operational and data analysis and reporting support to the HOD. To provide ongoing systems and customer service/call centre training to new and existing consultants.
• To ensure that straightforward and/or complex calls/contacts/queries are handled effectively, ensuring quality of service which totally exceeds client expectations and drive learner enrolment and retention.
• Responsible for active engagement with existing and new clients, focusing strongly on learner recruitment/retention leads and/or queries with speed, simplicity, and trust.
• Provide ongoing development plans for Dynamics 365 in line with customer service division.
• Managing SLA’s and processes.
• Drive innovation.
