Qualifications

• B.Tech Degree in Clothing Management or Fashion Design

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• 5 Years retail experience in product technology
• Previous experience in men’s departments will be an advantage
• Computer literate in Google suite
• Function well under pressure
• Work flexible hours – plan & manage own time
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
• Ability to resolve issues
• Good communication skills – written & interpersonal
• Team Player
• Customer service oriented 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to Suppliers, Merchandise and Design teams
• Continually develop, implement and review product specifications
• Maintain and improve product quality
• Accurately assess products against company product specifications within the critical path
• Provide Product care information and to monitor adherence to correct care labeling by suppliers
• Supplier SWOT analysis
• Analyze customer feedback to improve product performance and reliability
• To build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders to meet company objectives
