Accountability: Business Process Flow Modelling and Design – Modelling is a non negotiable skill.
Conduct business process improvement initiatives aimed at improving efficiencies and effectiveness of operations, by liaising and advising managers
Accountability: Provide project management administration
Facilitate compilation of projects overviews, statistics and progress.
Education and Experience Required
Education:
Degree or Diploma in a related field (NQF Level 5/6).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and MS Visio.
Essenitial- BTECH ⁄ B ENG ⁄ BSC Industrial Engineering.
Essential - Lean or Six-Sigma qualifications
Critical Impotant- PMBOK/PRINCE2 Project administration training is a must)
Project Management background is a MUST
Experience:
3 - 5 years' experience in process and project modelling coordination, preferably in a Finance or Insurance environment.
Preferred - MS Projects (advanced level).
Preferred - 2 - 4 years' experience in PMBOK/Prince 2.
This is not a generic administrator role, we are looking for a PROCESS MODELLER, with Project Management experience not an Administrator. The individual must have a degree and proven record of project management (PMBOK AND PRINCE 2 QUALIFICATION.
