    Principal Clerk

    Purpose

    • To undertake and co-ordinate all the administrative processes and procedures related to sales administration to the public for low income housing.

    Key Responsibility Areas

    • Attend the public counter to provide a sales administration function.
    • Clarifying and engaging with beneficiary to complete sales process.
    • Update housing development programme (HDP) and document management system (DMS).
    • Interact with related stakeholders (allocations, community liaison officers and councillors)
    • when there are queries.
    • Inviting beneficiaries for sales administration.
    • Arrangement of venues and conducting onsite sales.
    • Undertaking the coaching of clerks who work with consultants, to perform sales administration
    • functions and receive files back and capture.
    • Undertakes administrative/related functions.

    Essential Requirements

    • Matric/Grade 12.
    • Valid motor vehicle driving license (Code B).
    • 12 Months relevant experience.
    • Computer Literacy.

    Preferred Requirements

    • Matric/Grade 12 plus relevant certificate accredited by SAQA.
    • 18 Months relevant experience.
