Planner x2 Global Grade 09 - Middelburg at Barloworld Equipment

Key Output

• Prepare quotes, invoices and plan all maintenance work on SAP / CRM.
• Perform procurement functions.
• Prepare reports as required.
• Prepare and oversee proposals to customers.
• Assist with warranty resolution.
• Attend site meetings, customer meetings and other relevant meetings when required.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Provide logistical support to service support technicians.
• Assist customers with internal planning processes.

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Qualified in relevant trade (e.g., Diesel Mechanic / Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic) NQF 3
• SAP / CRM proficient
• Experience on planning modules
• Experience with surface mining and underground equipment
• Basic management qualification an advantage
• Knowledge of MS project and other MS office programs
• Warranty and quality admin experience
• Planner experience required.
