Duties And Responsibilities

• End to end recruitment process
• Liaises with recruitment agencies if required
• Responsible for the overall maintenance of ATS Provides input into the recruitment process
• Responsible for the Induction of New Employees
• Responsible for onboarding administration
• Assisting with the planning and set up of staff training sessions and activities
• Responsible for Employees Exits administration
• Drafting of contracts
• Assist with performance management administration
• Assist with IR related administration

Qualifications And Experience

• HR Degree or equivalent
• 2 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
• 3 years’ experience in recruitment
