Operator: Mixing/Premix - Pretoria at Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd

Job Description    
Main Objectives

• To execute in full and on time the daily mixing as per the bake-plan. To ensure the plant has sufficient product in order to achieve the required throughput. To ensure the integrity of the product is never compromised.

Key Responsibilities

• Management of the Mixing and Premix functions
• Maintain the high housekeeping standards at all times
• Adhere to all Company rules and Procedures
• Efficiencies
• Administration and record control
• SOP’s, hygiene and housekeeping
• Food safety
• Health & Safety
• Attend Invocoms

Qualification Requirements    

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification

Experience Requirements    

• Related mixing experience advantageous
• 3 year’s relevant experience
• Proven track record with working in a mixing environment
• Proven track record of effective communication with supervisors and management
• Housekeeping, hygiene and Safety
