    Office Administrator - Kuilsriver

    Responsibilities include but not limited to: 

    • Invoicing  and collections
    • Pastel Processing: Debtors and creditors
    • Take charge of admin functions
    • HR, leave, staff attendance
    • Petty cash
    • Tendering
    • All-rounder capable on all admin tasks
    • People's person - must be approachable.
    • Work independently
    • Must have ambition, driven go getter
    • Help build brand and company market share.
    • Professional method of working.
    • Presentable representative for company.

    Requirements include:

    • National Diploma in Office Management or similar
    • Financial qualification will be an advantage.
    • Experience of 3 years and more 
    • Mus have valid drivers licence and own transport.
    • Good communicator
