Occupational Health Nurse - VKB Health and Safety, Limpopo Region at VKB Group

Job requirements

• Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent.
• Diploma in General Nursing and Occupational Health Diploma will be a benefit.
• Qualified Nurse with current registration with the South African Nursing Council.
• Occupational Health registration will serve as recommendation.
• Nursing experience at least 5 years.
• Indemnity and current registration with SASOHN.
• Certificate in Audiometry and Spirometry will serve as recommendation.
• Dispensing license & certificate in HIV/AIDS counselling & testing will be an advantage.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency (MS Office).
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Must be willing and able to travel.

 Duties and responsibilities

• Conduct medical surveillance examinations within the VKB Group
• Ensure that Occupational wellness initiative are arranged and driven within the VKB Group.
• Ensure that the entry and exit medicals are done.
• Conduct Occupational Health Risk Assessments.
• Coordinate Occupational Medical Doctor regarding site visits.
• Identify, manage and report all Occupational Health Diseases.
