Requirements and Skills:

Applicable bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in an NAV/BC management position
Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of NAV/BC.
Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
Strong work ethic with a fierce dedication to exceeding expectations.
Impeccable organizational skills with the ability to multitask and deliver results under pressure.
Effective manager who has achieved success working with diverse teams in different environments leveraging strengths of individuals and training junior staff to deliver superior results.
Ability to engage in detailed discussions while being able to visualize the bigger picture and see the result.
Confident speaking in front of an audience with the interact and connect with Executives, Senior Business Management, external parties, and subject matter experts.
Ability to understand and articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing a NAV/BC strategy in a dynamic environment to support growing businesses.
Ability to document policies and procedures which are practical
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily activities and output of D365 BC functional and technical consultants/employees.
• Provide regular feedback to consultants/employees though the performance reviews process
• Define training needs and provide mentoring to consultants/employee for career development
• Establish best practices in D365 CE implementation methodology, consistent with the broader VKB approach – including design, delivery, and handovers between sales and support functions.
• Team management and administration including leave management, timesheet approval and resource allocation
• Suggest improvements on existing processes and procedures
• Ensure the delivery team is meeting customer needs and when necessary provide expert advice to the team to better meet those needs
