Key Output

•  To provide an equipment management solution service for the customers.
•  To provide specialist advise on all customer requirements.
•  Build and sustain excellent customer relationships.
•  Effectively manage EMP account and manage site KPI’s.
•  Effective self-management and performance ownership.
•  Manage relationships with mine HOD’s and report on cost per ton on machines.
•  Coaching and Mentoring subordinates and WIP/ Debtor management and attend mine production meetings.
•  Comply with all the mine legal requirements: (Safety files, inductions, and inspections)

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

•  Engineering (Mechanical and Electrical) degree / diploma or must be a caterpillar – certified earth moving technician.
•  Eight years with a minimum three to five years management experience in the customer interface.
•  Computer literate (Sound knowledge of MS Office)
