Manager, Pricing & Revenue Management at Standard Bank Group

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To oversee and manage the Pricing, Return on Equity and profit optisimization, ensuring customer service levels are continuously maintained and improved.

QUALIFICATIONS

• B Com Degree or related degree with subjects such as Finance, Accounting, Business, Statistics and Mathematics
• 5 - 8 years’ experience within a product house (preferably in Vehicle and Asset Finance).
• Experience in operations and managing change processes.
• Ensures competitive pricing of the Vehicle and Asset Finance for the relevant market, including price elasticity of pricing changes.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Knowledge of varies costs involved in deals 
• Knowledge of Risk grades and credit knowledge (probability of default and expected loss)
• Good relationship with rate arbitrations and reversals team
• Understanding of Basel II and III.
• Knowledge of banking products, specifically Vehicle and Asset Finance.
• Knowledge of Vehicle and Asset Finance operations and systems.
