Manager, Digital Marketing, Sponsorships at Standard Bank Group

JOB DESCRIPTION

Drive the conceptualization and implementation of strategically aligned digital and interactive marketing campaigns and web and mobile properties for relevant portfolio or business unit. Working with marketing teams and digital teams to ensure that digital campaigns and digital properties are used to effectively deliver against the Business and Brand strategies, generate customer engagement and are driven by data and insights. Driving best practice and thought leadership within your area of specialisation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent Digital Marketing qualification.
• Certificate Diploma in Digital Marketing 
• Minimum 5 years experience in Digital Marketing

• Develop integrated digital and social media marketing strategies (including social, mobile, email and web) for the country/Business Unit, working closely with the Marketing Managers, Group Digital Marketing, Social media teams, agencies and our studio to drive a consumer focused solution.
• Work closely with the Group and other country/Business Unit Digital Marketing teams, Marketing Managers, Social Media teams, agencies and our studio to ensure that the appropriate structures, systems, processes and solutions are developed in order to meet the business needs.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase online traffic to Standard Bank websites and digital platforms and social media platforms aligned with business objectives.
• Develop integrated digital and social media marketing strategies (including social, mobile, email and web) for the country/Business Unit, working closely with the Marketing Managers, Group Digital Marketing, Social media teams, agencies and our studio 
• Work closely with the Group and other country/Business Unit Digital Marketing teams, Marketing Managers, Social Media teams, agencies and our studio to ensure that the appropriate structures, systems, processes and solutions are developed in order to meet the business needs.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase online traffic to Standard Bank websites and digital platforms and social media platforms aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure effective implementation of digital marketing campaigns for the brand and products and services by providing campaign strategy, planning and measurement factoring in business goals and strategies.
• Accountable for setting budgets and setting KPI’s for all initiatives, optimizing and managing overall budgets and media spend for portfolio.
• Develop and implement measurement processes, creating appropriate dashboards for monitoring performance and extracting insights.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the business and brand strategies, plans and objectives with thorough consideration of local and segment dynamics and nuances.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the digital user experience design processes and customer experience strategies ensuring that digital activities support, enhance and/or influence them where appropriate.
