JOB DESCRIPTION
To identify opportunity for digitisation and implement best fit solutions for high priority problems in addition to, in combination with or as a replacement for traditional business process improvement to ensure realisation of the Banks digitisation strategy as well as identify revenue growth and revenue creation opportunities. Identify common problems across Cash Shared Services processes to support solutions research.
Review the landscape of internal digital solutions and evaluate the applicability of available digital solutions both inside and outside the Bank in order to contribute to business process improvement. Document comparable information about relevant digital solutions for effective decision-making. Develop evaluation criteria to be used in assessing digital solution selection for effective decision-making. Prepare and educate stakeholders on real world use cases to ensure appropriate problem identification for automation.

Experience Required
8 years experience in Business Enablement & Support; Project Management implementation, governance and operational procedures within the organisation. AI, Cognitive Computing, Robotics & Innovation; Operations and/or technical product knowledge experience
