Manager, Credit Enablement & Governance at Standard Bank Group

JOB DESCRIPTION

• This role is responsible to support the VAF Credit Design and Enablement Team in ensuring effective capabilities are developed and implemented to support the end-to-end VAF Credit value chain in achieving their portfolio objectives as well as ensuring all Non-Financial Risk (NFR) requirements are met.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications 

• Any relevant bachelors degree (BSc, BCom, BEng etc)

Experience Required 

•  ± 2 years banking experience.
• Must have an excellent track record of cross-function project delivery
• Track record of project analysis, requirements generation, and timely delivery
• In depth knowledge of the credit lifecycle preferable (Origination, Account Management, Strategy & Analytics, MI, Collections & Recoveries)
