    Maintenance Leader Finishing - Pinetown

    What you will do

    • Ensure equipment safety compliance to legislative requirements and Tetra Pak standard. 
    • Overall reliability of equipment’s of respective process through planning, directing and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
    • Provide technical leadership to technicians and operators for machine troubleshooting, root cause analysis and implementation of effective counter measure.
    • Drive innovation to improve maintainability, energy efficiency, machine ergonomics. 
    • Lead development of technicians within the cell
    • Drive the development of performance objectives for Technicians and their review

    We believe you have

    • At least 2-3 years experience as maintenance engineer 
    • Background in Mechanical/Electrical maintenance experience WCM knowledge and application 
    • Knowledge of developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs and repair procedure Project Management
    • Capable of learning new skills quickly
    • General maintenance skills
