    Learning Content Development & Quality Assurance Specialist

    • The purpose of this role is to build online courses and digital learning materials for the Cornerstone on Demand Learning Management System (LMS), support content creation and quality assurance for multiple learning delivery modes and ensuring that they comply with instructional design requirements.

    In this role you will be responsible for:

    • Planning and managing the development of new course requests, including scoping, timelines and quality outcomes.
    • Partnering with, and working closely with Subject Matter Experts from various departments to gather information and produce high quality learning content that meets business requirements.
    • Creating storyboards for online training programs and training materials based on proven adult learning techniques including Rapid Course Development and Adult Learning Theory and ensuring that learning goals and objectives are achieved.
    • Creating and curating end to end learning programmes including assessments, incorporation of multimedia/videos, audio and interactivity to provide a rich learning experience.
    • Developing and building digital assets, system simulations and videos.
    • Publishing and testing online training in Cornerstone on Demand LMS.
    • Monitoring and following up on the effectiveness and usefulness of training programs.
    • Collaborating with internal teams, external teams and management to ensure that requirements are being met and projects are kept on schedule.

    About you:

    • To be considered for this role, you will meet the following minimum requirements:

    Minimum Qualification:

    • Relevant Tertiary Qualification.

    Minimum Experience:

    • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in HRD/Systems.
    • Experience in training or instructional design.
    • Proficiency with Collaboration / Authoring Tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator) and strong editing skills (audio, video, photo and written communication).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Understanding of adult learning theory.
