    Labour Officer Assistant - (1252) Parow

    Job Description

    • In this role you are responsible for the allocation of Truck Helpers and both daily and seasonal casual staff to departments in order to fulfill operational requirements
    • You are also responsible for fulfilling an HR liaison role between the organisation and employees to ensure that HR Practices are upheld at Centres.
    • To offer support to staff and to assist in meeting operational requirements in terms of allocation of Truck Helpers and Casual staff  
    • Play liaison between employee and company (well-being of staff)
    • SHEQ Responsibilities
    • Allocate Truck Helpers to Drivers
    • Allocation of daily casuals and seasonal helpers to departments excluding truck helpers
    • Processing of time sheets for wages and commissions
    • Completion of Daily Casual Explanations sheet at Month-end (vs. budgeted days)
    • Supervise Staff
    • Order protective clothing and ensure worn according to company standards
    • Time and Attendance (TnA) (Parow only)

    Skills, Experience & Education

    • Grade 12 Certificate
    • 6-8 years working experience
    •  Valid Drivers License
