    Junior Scrum Master (SS-SM)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Support the Team: Assist the development team in achieving their goals by removing impediments, fostering a collaborative environment, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Track Progress: Monitor and report on the progress of sprints, helping to identify risks and ensure that the team stays on track.
    • Coach Team Members: Provide guidance on Agile principles and best practices, helping team members to understand their roles and responsibilities within the Scrum framework.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and priorities.
    • Documentation: Maintain and update project documentation, including sprint backlogs, task boards, and status reports.
    • Continuous Improvement: Encourage and facilitate a culture of continuous improvement by helping the team identify areas for growth and implementing actionable feedback.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Experience: 1-2 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile role.
    • Agile Knowledge: Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, particularly Scrum. Experience with Kanban or other Agile methodologies is a plus.
    • Facilitation Skills: Ability to effectively facilitate team meetings and events, ensuring that all voices are heard and those discussions are productive.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and information to team members and stakeholders.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and address issues that may impact project success.
    • Tools: Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence) is preferred.
    • Certifications: A Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification is desirable but not mandatory.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
