    Investment Distribution Specialist

    Description

    • As an Investment Distribution Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in executing the firm’s strategic vision and enhancing its market presence. Your primary focus will be on supporting the Head of Distribution in implementing business sales strategies and fostering strong connections with financial advisers and distribution channels. This role involves leveraging traditional and innovative methods to build on the profile and support its growth objectives. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to drive sales growth, enhance the firm’s market profile, and effectively implement the business’s sales strategies.

    Key qualifications for the Investment Distribution Specialist:

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance or Investments essential
    • CFP, CFA Level I, or equivalent preferred
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Investment Distributio

    Key duties for the Investment Distribution Specialist include but are not limited to:

    • Develop and execute the distribution strategy to drive net flows into the offerings
    • Collaborate with the Head of Distribution to achieve sales targets and support the DFM and Investment Consulting value proposition across various platforms
    • Equip sales channels with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively present our capabilities
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and investment panels to enhance brand visibility and credibility
    • Work alongside Marketing to organise events and campaigns aimed at growing the company brand and increasing assets
    • Analyse market trends and utilize insights to drive asset transition into solutions
    • Develop content that supports financial advisers and facilitates their transition into portfolios
    • Drive and deliver on purpose and strategy
