Intern: Payroll (Gauteng) at eMedia Investments

Description

• Reporting to the Manager: Payroll, the key performance areas include but are not limited to:

Administration 

• Receiving and capturing associated freelancer invoices monthly whilst ensuring approval, rates and details are accurate.
• Filing all relevant freelancer documents as required.
• Liaising with stakeholders in relation to freelancer queries and escalating where necessary.

Interpersonal and team relationships

• Building, supporting and maintaining interpersonal and team relationships to ensure stable working environment and achievement of team objectives.

Requirements

• A National Diploma or a Bachelors Degree specialising in Finance / Payroll / Administration is essential.
