Intern: IT License and Asset Management at Sanlam Group

What will you do?

• Receives software requests, obtains quotations and places orders on suitable suppliers. Maintains license entitlements vs installations and ensure compliancy. Works according to laid down procedures and delegated authority regarding discretion and decision making.

What will make you successful in this role?

• Fulfillment of software license requests via SRS.
• Requesting software license quotations from vendor.
• Updating of license register system with entitlements, user and product information.
• License assignments via various web portals.
• Logging of Software Certification requests for new software.

Qualifications

• Matric
• Degree or Diploma in Finance/Administration 

Knowledge and Experience

• Microsoft Excel knowledge (intermediate)
• Understanding of IT Terminology

Knowledge and Skills
