Intermediate TIA Oracle Developer at Old Mutual

Provide quality TIA Oracle systems development services for the Old Mutual iWYZE Information Technology team in order to implement and sustain a best-practice TIA Oracle systems framework which ensures optimum management of the TIA Oracle systems.

Detailed Description:

• Develop requirement and do unit testing (defect / enhancement).
• Develop requirement and do unit testing (project).
• Prepare technical specifications.
• Send technical specifications to technical lead for approval.
• Update HPQC and route to test analyst.
• Update HPQC with copy of technical specification.
• Update HPQC with test results and route call to Product Support Services resolver group manager (defect / enhancement).
• Provide customer services in line with quality and performance standards.
• Build positive customer relations and solve or escalate customer queries and complaints.
• Gather feedback on customer satisfaction and report to the relevant party.
• Proactively suggest improvements in customer service and relations where applicable.
• Contribute to a service culture which builds rewarding relationships, proposes innovations and allows others to provide exceptional client service.
• Adhere to agreed processes in order to deliver targeted operational results.
• Continuously strive to enhance and improve the Information Technology processes.
• Represent and market this process internally to peers and clients.

Job Requirements

• Grade 12
• Oracle-based business systems and development in SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, and Reports
• 5 years solid Oracle development experience
• 3 years’ experience in field of TIA Oracle systems development
• Oracle Forms programming
• Oracle PLSQL programming
• TIA application framework
• ADF
• Knowledge of software & hardware interfaces, programming & debug solutions

• Bachelor of Science (BS): Information Technology And Computer Science: Information Technology Management (Required)
