Insurance Business Advisor - GWK Insurance, Prieska at VKB Group

Requirements

• 5 years of relevant experience in short-term insurance;
• RE 5;
• RE1 - will be to your advantage;
• Suitable candidate must be strongly marketing oriented.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the existing Prieska book with a focus on expansion to surrounding areas
• Analyse clients' insurance requirements and assess their risk profiles
• Evaluate various insurance options and present suitable policies to clients to help them make informed decisions
• Ensuring accuracy and adherence to compliance protocols
• Communicate and negotiate with insurance underwriters to obtain competitive insurance premiums and terms for clients
• Review and amend insurance policies as necessary, ensuring they remain aligned with clients' changing needs and circumstances
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive insurance solutions and cross-sell other insurance products to ensure clients' insurance needs are fully met
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring outstanding customer service and retention rates
• Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations, attending relevant training sessions and seminars as required
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including insurance policies, claims, and interactions
