    Inbound Sales Manager

    PURPOSE

    The purpose of the Inbound Sales Manager is to ensure the smooth operations of the inbound sales team through tracking and monitoring web customer sales, resolving customer escalations and developing sales plans to reach profitability and revenue targets.

    OBJECTIVES

    • Inbound Sales operations
    • Responsible for creating and monitoring sales plans that will generate more sales through the inbound sales stream
    • Responsible for resolving escalate customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally
    • Monitor and track sales orders on the system and ensure that orders are processed within required timelines
    • Prepare and analyse sales data and identify opportunities

    Staff management

    • Prioritize the work of employees based on deadlines and urgencies
    • Monitor and track their daily outputs
    • Responsible for conducting skills audits and closing skills gaps through on-the-job training
    • Responsible for performance management, IR and selection of staff

    QUALIFICATIONS
    NQF 7 Sales / Business / marketing

    KNOWLEDGE

    • Product Knowledge
    • Customer care
    • Sales knowledge

    EXPERIENCE

    • Inbound Sales Manager 3 to 5 years
    • Wholesale / Retail / Corporate apparel & Gifting industry 3 to 5 years
    • Business to Business selling

    • MS D365 / Sales ERP system
    • Interpersonal Skills
