    Human Resources Practitioner

    Duties and Responsibilities: 

    • Generate HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making. 
    • Monitor HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure HR effectiveness. 
    • Implement all training and development programmes in line with approved plans. 
    • Facilitate the development and implementation of the Work Skills Plan. 
    • Process bursaries in line with the departmental policy. 
    • Coordinate the implementation of Internship and Learnership Programmes. 
    • Coordinate the implementation of Performance Management Development System, Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS), and coordinate training staff. 
    • Facilitate the development of job descriptions. 
    • Provide assistance on the development, review, and implementation of Employment Equity Plan. 
    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks and address employee inquiries related to benefits and assist with open enrolment processes. 
    • Assist in recruitment and selection within area of responsibility as per company policy 
    • Completing documentation for purposes of capturing employee movements across the organisation 
    • Providing high-quality and professional service to HR colleagues and service users 
    • Providing support for section invoices, relocation initiations and auditing of files 
    • Preparing required correspondence and documentation to ensure deadlines are met and relevant documents are processed timely 
    • Ensure data integrity through auditing and maintenance of the relevant HR systems 
    • Participate in the drafting of reports 

     Qualification and Experience Requirements: 

    • National diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification at NQF 6 
    • Minimum 2 Years relevant experience in Human Resource Management. 
    • Planning and organizing 
    • Communication (Good verbal and written) 
    • Computer Literacy 
    • Flexibility
    • Customer care services 
    • Report writing 
    • Teamwork
