    Head, Private Banking Sales

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • To develop, implement and manage the sales strategy, model and pipeline for the Private Banking segments within defined insurance products, risk parameters and regulatory requirements to achieve revenue targets and deliver exceptional client experience throughout the insurance value chain. 

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Completed Matric
    • Post Graduate Degree- Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting, Marketing

    Experience

    • 11 years Experience in the Insurance Industry or related fields, of which at least 5 years should at a Senior Managerial capacity, having been accountable for the Sales and Distribution financial and budgetary requirements. Setting and overseeing the strategy and Sales target generation.
